Our Journey: A Story of Remembering. How The Wisdom of 3 was created and why.
Some connections don’t feel new.
They feel remembered.
Jen and Cassie met during a Reiki swap in December 2024. What looked like a simple Zoom meeting held so much more, the seeds of friendship, a partnership, and a shared vision.
At that time, they both were starting their own Hero’s Journey.
During this 2 hour exchange of Reiki energy, Cassie experienced her first powerful shamanic experience. In that space, she encountered an Indigenous guide who blew smoke into her field…a moment that didn’t just happen to her, but awakened something within her. It marked the beginning of a deeper path—one of remembrance, intuition, and trust in what cannot always be seen, but is deeply felt.
At the same time, Jen was walking her own path—through Reiki, inner work, and deep self-healing. Different roads…yet moving toward the same truth.
And after that first meet, they were constant companions through video calls and multiple daily text messages.
What followed wasn’t coincidence. It was synchronicity layered upon synchronicity...

6 + 6 = 12.
1 + 2 = 3.
The number of creation.
The number of expression.
The number that would eventually become The Wisdom of 3.
But the alignment didn’t stop there.
There were whispers before words. And in January of 2026, a vision started to be born. Cassie, in her journeys, connected with an owl spirit guide—wise, observant, moving between worlds.
At the same time, Jen also connected with the Owl as their guide, and had written down the word “Owlette.”
Not shared. Not discussed.
Just…received.
Later, when the paths were spoken out loud, the connection landed with clarity:
Odette — the Owl — had already chosen them.
She became not just a symbol, but a guide for the work they were stepping into together—holding the balance of light and shadow, intuition and grounded wisdom.

Cassie is the founder of Holistic Hands with Cassie LLC and an intuitive energetic practitioner specializing in Reiki, Crystal Healing, Quantum Healing, and Shamanism. Her work is centered around helping others reconnect with balance, clarity, and their own inner wisdom through compassionate, heart-centered healing practices.
Passionate about lifelong learning, Cassie continues to deepen her knowledge of energy work while sharing her gifts and experiences with others.
Before stepping fully into the world of holistic healing, Cassie worked in the medical field, an experience that deepened her understanding of caring for others on both physical and emotional levels.
As a mother of three, Cassie brings warmth, empathy, and grounded understanding into both her personal life and healing work. She believes deeply in the power of connection, nature, and creating supportive spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered on their healing journeys. Cassie is also a military child and now a military wife, experiences that have shaped her resilience, adaptability, compassion, and appreciation for community throughout every season of life.
Travel has also played a meaningful role in shaping Cassie’s perspective and spiritual path. Having traveled throughout her life to countries across Europe and the Middle East, she has developed a deep appreciation for different cultures, traditions, and ways of connecting with the world. These experiences continue to inspire the open-hearted and intuitive approach she brings to her practice today.

Jen is the founder of Healing Pathways with Jen LLC, and an intuitive energetic practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, and guide dedicated to helping others reconnect with their own inner wisdom and personal power. Specializing in Holy Fire® III Reiki, Human Design, Numerology, meditation, and energy-based healing practices, Jen blends grounded life experience with intuitive insight to create supportive spaces for transformation, self-discovery, and empowerment.
With over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry, Jen brings a unique balance of practical thinking and spiritual awareness into her work. She is passionate about bridging science and spirituality, helping others understand energy work in ways that feel both approachable and deeply meaningful. Her teaching style emphasizes personal responsibility, self-trust, and the understanding that true healing comes from within.
As a wife, fur mom, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner, Jen values authenticity, connection, and creating community without hierarchy or “pedestals.” She believes everyone has the ability to become their own hero and rewrite their story through self-awareness, healing, and inner alignment. Her love of nature, water, mountains, and even the adrenaline of drag racing reflects the balance she brings into her life and practice — grounded yet adventurous, strong yet compassionate.
